Officers

Hello Montana FFA! I am Ayla Yoder, originally from the Plentywood FFA Chapter, coming to you now as your 2023-2024 Montana State Parliamentarian. I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who has encouraged me and helped me to get where I am today. While my four years of FFA have not always gone the exact way I wanted them to, I would not change them for anything. Through the different LDEs, CDEs, and events that I participated in throughout the years, I have grown in speaking skills, an understanding of agriculture, and a deeper level of understanding leadership. As I continue this year I hope to apply this knowledge to give that same wonderful experience to as many others as I can, pushing members to be the best versions of themselves both in FFA and out of it. It is my hope that as we navigate through the rest of the year we are all able to face challenges head-on and embrace change in our lives as a new opportunity to grow. Thank you for the chance you’ve given me to give back to this great organization!
